RETURN POLICY

Lost World Reptiles is dedicated to providing the highest quality animals in the industry. We never offer for sale any hatchling that has not eaten voluntarily for us first. We guarantee our hatchlings will eat live pinkies. While most snakes can be trained to eat frozen/thawed, we do not guarantee this.

We use the most up to date husbandry methods.

Our veterinary services are provided by Dr. Margaret A. Wissman, DVM, DABVP. She is a medical consultant for Reptile Magazine and house vet for the Tampa reptile shows.

Because of this diligence it is possible for us to stand behind our animals.

We will replace or refund at our option any animal that exhibits itself to be unhealthy. We do require that you follow the following guidelines in the unlikely event you encounter a problem.

1. Lost World Reptiles must be contacted immediately when a problem arises. In most cases we are able to walk you through your situation and correct many common problems. We reserve the right to have that opportunity. If you seek another source for help the guarantee is voided. This is necessary so that we can have control over an animal's treatment if we are to remain responsible.

2. You must provide a receipt. There is no time limit. If we sold you a defective snake, we will stand behind it, period. Our vet will provide the final determination as to whether the snake was defective.

3. If an animal dies, you are required to freeze the body so it can be examined by our vet. This is essential in order to obtain a proper diagnosis.

OUR VET DOES NOT ALLOW US TO REPLACE OR REFUND ANIMALS WITHOUT THE DECEASED ANIMAL.
